After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. Very friendly staff

"Staying here as the reviews looked good and it’s near the hospital where my partner’s dad is very poorly. The staff can’t do enough for us, they are so accommodating and friendly. We’ve actually just extended our stay for another evening. The hotel itself is beautiful too and the room is large and confortable and clean. Thank you staff! You’re brilliant! "
