"I’m a frequent traveler, and I’m very, very picky as well. This place is beyond excellent. Especially the hostess. She is so kind and helpful, and is such a happy person. She likes her job, and it shows. The first thing I noticed upon entering is how wonderful it smelled inside. We opted for the Jr Suite. The price difference is so worth it. "This is the best place I've stayed at in this Northern Italy trip hands down. This is a beautiful, classy property worthy any compliment thinkable for Como. It's modern, stylishly équipée, and very well maintained. No idea why anyone would complain about noise in previous comments. This is low season, almost no one in the hotel. "Highly recommend this hotel. I can’t say enough good things. From the location to the breakfast option but more importantly the staff, especially Matthau. (Sorry if I misspelt) The ferry stop is 5 mins walk Old town is round the corner Bed were a little firm but still very comfortable Breakfast selection was amazing. Lots of options. Only Missing iron but they will bring that to you if u need. "

"My first time at Laje Como and I chose to stayed at Bellagio for 2 nights. I am so impressed by Hotel Belvedere , great hospitality concept , the attentive and professional staff , the beautifully designed interior furnishing and breakfast buffet selections . The breakfast place in the restaurant overlooks other side of the lake it’s just so peaceful and serene to have breakfast while viewing the lake. They also have a free shuttle van to travel up/down the hill to the central. I moved to a boutique hotel nearby on the 2nd day as Botrl Belvedere was fully booked. They don’t offer shuttle service I had to walk down or order a taxi when I leave with my luggage back to Como for my train ride. I will definitely recommend Hotel Belvedere to my friends who will visit Laje Como "
