"This property was terrible no communication whatsoever. They say parking it wasn’t available. We opened the main door and the handle came off. I literally grab my kids and left. Contacted Hotels.com for a refund since we didn’t stay, no one answered so they just kept my money. Area looks very unsafe for family. Had to pay a different hotel and this people don’t even have the decency to respond "

"We stayed here for a week in September, the only concern is had beforehand was it's closeness to the train station, but this was not a problem at all and it was nice to see the little red train go by. "Malgré la barrière de la langue en tant que famille française, la gentillesse de la propriétaire nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. La location est très bien située car la vallée de la Zillertal est sans doute est le plus bel endroit du Tyrol. Nous n'étions à 3 mn de Mayrhofen qui est un joli bourg.
