"We spent two nights at Daisy Lodge. It is a very homely and cosy lodge. It provided all the amenities we needed for the short stay. The location is ideal if you wish to walk from the site or catch the bus to Keswick etc. The beds were very comfortable and welcomed after two long walks. Contact with Helen was swift and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and tidy, perhaps a little dated but the hot tub more than made up for it. Stress and hassle free the check in process was easy. The site is very well maintained making it an all round relaxed and very enjoyable stay."

"Was left over chinese takeaway in fridge. Bed sheets were disgusting, lots of hairs and stains. Cups were unwashed. Decking was so slippy, green molud, nearly had a bad fall. Fold away chairs in main bedroom which seems to be from outside had spider nets. We came home after being there few hours and was meant to stay 4 nights. We were so disappointed, angry, deflated as saved up our hard earned cash for our 4 nights away and ended us coming home before we should have. "
