"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

"The chalet is situated on a very quiet road with spectacular views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The chalet is spacious and comfortable on 2 floors. We were 6 adults staying with plenty of room however although there are 2 bathrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs) there is only one toilet. The drive way is long and narrow and parking 3 cars on it was a bit difficult ."

"Très beau gite spacieux et confortable, dans un environnement calme et particulièrement agréable :) nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Au niveau de l'équipement, il y a des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre et des moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre (certaines sont compliquées à faire tenir, mais on y arrive). Le frigo est un peu petit, un congélateur aurait été bien pratique... et ça aurait été sympa d'avoir des chaises longues pour mieux profiter du jardin. Mais on reviendra c'est certain!...

"We loved our few days in the Faverges/ Annecy areas. The apartment is in a beautiful little hamlet of Faverges which is so quaint itself. We loved the weekly market and wandered the town soaking up the sun and mountain views. Away from the bustle of Annecy but an easy drive in. Would definitely recommend and stay again . Hosts very accomodating and the apartment well equipped with all we needed."

Suggestion & Avis : Ce chalet devait être très sympathique il y a 5 ans, il faudrait réaliser qques travaux de déco ( luminaires ), upgrader le petit électroménager ( cafetière, grille pain, micro-ondes d’un autre temps, acheter des accessoires pour BBQ ) et faire qques rénovations ( douche, vasque évier ) pour que le prix proposé soit réellement en corrélation avec le produit payé…"

"We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect. The location was lovely and so relaxing. The mornings spent on the patio were amazing, we could have stayed longer. "Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
