"I double booked a room in this hotel and the front desk staff Emile Lutz and Corina helped me to cancel one of the reservations. They were extremely helpful and always smiling and ready to help in anyway they could. Emile showed me exactly what to do to cancel one of my reservations and was following up with the agent who was questioning my cancellation. He was always ready to help and could not have asked for a better stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Hotel was very close to train station and the bus stop was in front of the hotel. "

"The suite was very nice. The hotel was completely updated and modern. Breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of delicious options. I loved that the ferry and train/bus hubs were within a few minutes walk. Also, there were many tourist spots and parks within walking distance as well. I'd stay here again if I ever return to Lucerne."
