Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Appleton, WI
5/5 Excellent
"We had booked 2 rooms, for one
night, both suites. Everything was as described, the pool area and hot tub area were clean and well attended. Room was spacious and clean, overall a nice stay. The only, "issue," we experienced was when we checked in, nothing was mentioned about being a VIP hotel/stay. We went to our rooms, unloaded and headed out to dinner. Upon return, we inquired about a free beverage, which historically, at other locations is a small bottle of wine or can of soda. The man behind the desk seemed a bit perplexed, went behind the wall and seemed to be inquiring about that with someone else. He eventually came out with bottles of water. I asked if that was our only option, and he replied, "Well we have beer and soda but I don't know if you can have that." So based on our other experiences, that wasn't was I anticipated, not the end of the world, but perhaps not all "VIP," experiences are the same. "
