THE SPACE

Enter through a warm foyer and climb one flight of stairs to a sun soaked open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living space. A covered back porch and designated work space also boast ample area to spread out and work/relax. The open staircase will then lead you to the third level featuring two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, plus a laundry area. The Master bedroom offers a luxurious hotel inspired King-sized bed, tile shower, and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom offers the same comforts in a queen with a walk-in closet and bathtub/shower combo.

Chase was an amazing host!!! He was always very supportive for answering all my questions and helping us get through the storm/power outages due to Hurricane Helene. Everything was fully stocked and the only thing you had to purchase was food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Greenville visit
Great little place to stay near downtown Greenville. The VRBO was immaculate with a very well stocked kitchen. Great patio to relax in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very nicely furnished. It was a little tough getting our luggage to the third-floor bedrooms And parking across the street in the Starbucks parking lot was not nearly as inconvenient as I thought it may have been. We would definitely stay here again.

Met some friends this week for a few days in Greenville. Had a great time reconnecting. The Fleetwood Townhouse was exactly the same as it was presented. Very clean- super comfy beds, nice patio and great location. Highly recommend this place and this host! Thanks Chase.

We loved the condo, everything is new. The location was very close to great Restaurants and Breweries. It would be nice if the steps going into the condo had handrails. I am sure that may be a HOA issue.

BEST Getaway spot!
The Fleetwood is truly the nicest most enjoyable rental we've had the pleasure of staying in. It's so pleasantly bright and airy yet warm and comfortable. It's perfectly decorated, well appointed with such nice appliances and kitchenware as well as furniture, beds and linens. The location is great - easy to drive or walk with a Starbucks right across the street, Publix and restaurants close by and a quick walk or drive to downtown Greenville. We will definitely be back with friends!

Great Stay at The Fleetwood
Chase was super responsive, provided great detail, and was flexible. The property was first class. Not only is a beautiful place that's well decorated, Chase paid great attention to the details with towels, linens, toiletries, games, books, and even record player with some cool vinyl albums! Also, the property is 5 minutes from downtown Greenville and minutes away from some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten (that's saying a lot for native Carolinian!) All-in-all, this was one of the best vacation rental experiences our family has had. Thank you Chase for being a great host!

We loved our stay at the Fleetwood Townhouse. It is a ten out of ten rating. The furniture, the bedrooms, the showers, the kitchen, everything was neat and clean. Loved the deck area and the entry into the townhome. The extra amenities, such as the coffee, creamers, and snacks, were the icing on the cake. We will definitely book again!

Had an amazing weekend stay! Impressed with location ended up being exactly where we needed to be. Chase is incredible to work with, information was given at the perfect time. Quick to answer questions and made a point to check in on us during our stay. Wonderful host! Townhouse is very nicely decorated throughout, we made use of the music while making dinner. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at!
The Fleetwood is wonderful and exactly as described on the site (perhaps even better in person). It is beautifully decorated, perfectly appointed with all the right details, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils and spices needed for cooking a meal which is above and beyond what places have. The area around the property is clean and quiet. The beautiful historic Home district is just a block away and a wonderful place to walk. Check in and out is seamless and simple. The records and record player are a fun touch. We enjoyed listening to music. We look forward to coming back!

I had the most amazing time at your vacation rental. The time spent did not make me feel as though I was in a rental but like a cozy home. The decor choosing for your property is absolutely perfect as well as your appliances. I usually don’t cook while away but I decided to make omelets this go around. Everything about your rental is perfect and no one will be disappointed. When I return to Greenville I will stay no where other than The Fleetwood. I almost failed to mention.... Chase is the BEST HOST EVER!!!

Beautiful property
This townhome is beautifully decorated. Comfortable lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely balcony, perfect to relax with a glass of wine. Beds and linens are very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and very nice. It's a good 20/25 minute walk to the center of the downtown area. We ubered when we didn't have time to walk. Greenville theater is a 10 minute walk away. Starbucks is literally next door. We ate at Sobys restaurant which was excellent. Had drinks and appetizers at Limoncello which was great too. Sassafras restaurant was very average if not a bit disappointing. All in all we had a fabulous trip.
