"This is a perfect lake house to share summer fun with family. With its private dock and private beach we were able to conveniently gather at the lake each day without ever having to drive. Just a few steps from the house and you could access the lake! The house is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you would need. "Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future."

I didn’t know it was a tri-level which I feel like is important to know if I had crawling kids or someone who would have trouble with stairs to get to a bedroom or bathroom. For charging $200 for cleaning, the house wasn’t clean (trash under the bed, toothpaste marks on counter, exploded coke in freezer etc) when we arrived and we were in charge of bringing our own towels, removing all of our trash after the weekend and then stripping and starting...

"Amazing stay! This place was comfortable and cozy. It was stocked nicely and the beds were amazing. Family friendly too!!!! The check in process was quick and easy. The downstairs is a whole little apartment so if you are going with another family or have small kids its perfect so seperation. There is a great play area too outside."
