"The apartment owners are lovely people who made us feel welcome and explained everything clearly. The bed was awesome, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The apartment building is nicely kept and the doormen were really friendly. For future guests - I did not understand that this would be a room in a small shared space with the owners present. The bathroom is across the shared hall from the guest room. The owners were respectful of our privacy in that they seemed perfectly comfortable...

"Had to have a code to get in. I payed for a double bed and got a single bed. Walked into the room and smelled like someone had just used did number 2, left there purse on the couch, and beer beside the desk. Text the person about it and was told some other guest probably left it. "

"This property is located in a quiet area of Queens within easy reach of the subway and laundromats. The hostess is friendly and the accommodation has good privacy. There is some property stored in the accommodation area, but this does not impede use and was not a concern."
