This hotel faces the lovely waterfront and is convenient to all shops, restaurants and the waterfront paths. You have a short walk to the Shelter Island ferry and the carousel.

It was a quick one trip to Greenport. Location makes it ideal to park and walk for the day. Spent some time shopping and exploring the town. I personally wouldn’t sit by the small beach area because the marina water tends to be murky but the pool was clean and heated. Considering it’s a holiday weekend not over crowded. Seats by the pool. Over all I would stay again it’s was a perfect trip.

The location was great! But the pictures were deceiving because the beach though walkable cannot be accessible. The breakfast could be improved to add protein like sausage or bacon. I do not know what is destination fee of $75 was for, aside from parking $25 that was not mentioned in the information.
