Newly renovated 2-Family Home! Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
The space
The house has been completely renovated and everything is brand-new.
Everything is walking distance to the house and the location is unbeatable.

This property has two apartments. The Blue Bay Dream Apt.1 and Harbor Heights Apt. 2 (see listing on VRBO website that can accommodate 12 people when available at the same time for larger families and wedding parties

We had a wonderful pre season get away for a couple of days. The apartment was newly renovated and really clean and comfortable. Cute walkable main street nearby with restaurants and shopping. Nice little beach nearby if you have little kids. We took the ferry to Shelter Island and the south ferry to the Hamptons. We are looking forward to coming back to do the winery tastings. We rust ran out if time. The host was great and responsive.

Comfortable and great location
Great communication from the owner. Comfortable apartment. Walking distance to town. Apartment is well-appointed with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, soap/shampoo, pretty much all you need for a stay. Street parking was easy.

Great location, beautiful prpoerty
We enjoyed our visit to Greenport and especially staying at this property. Perfect for our family. Location was great and we all had space to spread out and enjoy our stay. The kitchen was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The property owner provided information on the area and some great suggestions! We would love to stay here again on future visits and recommend for anyone visiting Greenport.
