That being said, there were some minor details that I think are worth passing on for future guests to be aware of prior to their stay: -There were area rugs placed on top of the carpets in each room (totally understandable to protect high traffic areas!) however, they were laid out so poorly they bunched up all over and were like that for so long they were impossible to flatten out. "We had a great time! House was big enough to accommodate our group with 5 bedrooms and more places to sleep to spare! We couldn’t use their dock for our boat but we were able to rent a slip just down the road for $30 a day which wasn’t bad I thought. Stacey and Scott were very nice and responsive. "My group of friends had an amazing weekend in Saratoga while staying at this property! Super close (under 20 minutes) to the Racetrack, downtown Saratoga, golf courses, and more fun. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, great backyard space, and a relaxing hot tub! The kitchen and living room area was perfect for congregating and eating, with plenty of table and counter space. The house was well prepared with everything we could need, right down to the grill and fire pit for outdoor hanging....

The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! "The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. Once the upgrades have been completed this property will be amazing"
