Charming 1-bedroom apartment in Greene for up to 4 guests, family & dog friendly

Barry's Bungalow is newly renovated and we have been hosting guests since March 2024. It is conveniently located on Route 12 just South of Greene and is only 15 minutes from Binghamton. We allow dogs for an additional cleaning fee, all other pets must be discussed prior to booking. Our unique features include original exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space to help tie in the outdoors!

This apartment is the other half of a small family owned barber shop. It has a large front porch and outdoor yard area. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a couch that folds out with a queen size memory foam mattress to comfortably sleep 4 guests.

The thermostat in the kitchen controls a high efficiency central air and heating unit, you may change the temperature based on your preference to help you feel comfortable and right at home!
