"Clean house"

"This dog friendly 2BR cottage is right on crystal clear Tripp Lake, with a large screened in porch/family room. It is small but very well appointed and maintained. The weekend we were there it was very quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves. Enjoyed kayaking, hiking nearby, and hearing the loons daily. Owners and manager were very thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"This property is beautiful - beautiful sunsets and changing lake views. We enjoyed walking around the roads. Cottage had everything we needed. Good, close grocery locations. Discovered “A Small Town Bakery” with gluten-free options in nearby Wayne. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets for our stay, as well as games, movies and children’s toys. Loved the rinnai for those cold mornings. Washer/dryer on premises. Only suggestion - microwave was old and hard to figure out and should probably be...

"Perfect place to stay for a weekend "

"The house was in the middle of no where, which is exactly what you need sometimes. Pack a weeks worth of groceries then just sit back and chill. Enjoy a quiet boat ride, do a little fishing or just break out some board games. Every thing you need to unwind. Something for the whole family."

"This was a beautiful spot right on the lake! Close to Augusta for an early morning at Ironman 70.3 Maine. We enjoyed the lake. It did get hot upstairs with no AC but there was plenty of room for 4 of us and our gear. "

"The place was infested with bugs crawling on the walls and floors. The bedsheets had dead bugs on them when the top covers were removed. Bedsheets also had stains on them. There were no fans or a/c. We bought fans and left them there. The kitchen had some kind of fungus growing in it. All the ceilings had webs with spiders in it. Floors were not washed. All outdoor furniture were covered in mold. Would not recommend this place. "
