"Overall I would recommend this place.Highlights included the location and hot tub, while the proximity to the owner was unexpected.The place is very close to several hiking areas, parks etc so for a little vacation with my dog it was perfect. It was also a quick drive to some restaurants and coffee shops so overall, prime location for what I was looking for. I thought the hot tub and massage chair were great as well.The apartment was fairly clean except the bathroom sink and some of the dishes...

"In town for JP Morgan conference. So much better than an overpriced conference hotel. Close to beach and Golden Gate Park. Quality kitchen set up and supplies. Great shower and even a sauna. "

"Very nice, centrally located condo in Oakland off 580. Easy freeway access to go anywhere. Safe, secure building and very quiet. There is a parking garage and you will be very happy to have it as street parking is limited. The garage can be a little intimidating at first to get into the parking space but follow instructions to circle through the garage and then pull into the space. "My 2 daughters and I stayed at this sweet property for a week touring schools around the Bay area. Howard- the owner-was helpful and kind. The location was great walking distant to Golden Gate park with a lot of cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend. "

"This is actually my second time writing this review; so, hopefully it goes through this time because Deanna was great and her place are great. Everything was incredibly clean and well appointed. The place has a kitchenette, it's own entrance and was in a great neighborhood. I slept great and the heater was very cozy and worked like a champ when needed. I would certainly stay again!"
