"The guy who checked us in was great! He made the process easy and smoothe keeping in mind I had kiddos waiting to go to the park. The park was small and need of cleaning and updates. "

"Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was way better than traditional hotel food. The kitchen staff were all happy and it helped start the day. Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. "

"We visited with our 6 year old grandson for his birthday. The indoor pool was a specific draw and it did not disappoint! He loved that feature. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints were they were understaffed with cleaning services and they didn’t get to our room. We had to retrieve towels after returning from Dollywood."

"We always love coming to the resort and hotel. Although the front desk was not rude, mean or nasty they just were not very welcoming. Not a bad thing but our previous stays there the front desk has always been super sunny and friendly. Maybe just having an off day. But great place to stay.!!! "

"The hotel is less than a year old so everything was bright and shiny. Rooms were nice and fairly comfortable. We do have a couple complaints. First, the bar/food was not up to par. The menu that they provide was only patially available but we were not fully advised of that prior to ordering. Ordered a pretzel with beer cheese. Wawa no beer cheese or anything else to dip it on. Flatbread was terrible. Second, no microwave in the room. We do typically reheat leftovers so that was a big negative....

"Just stayed 3 nights and it was great. Only problem was maid came late afternoon each day when we were already back for the night, so we just told her we didn't need her. Wish she would have come early while we were gone. Other than that everything was great!"

"Cute place, with plenty of room, in a great location. The property is beautiful and captain Dave and Angie are very friendly with great communication. The homemade chocolate chip cookies, chocolate and extra snacks were a great assed touch! Would stay here again! "

She is friendly and so very helpful. The personal touches she puts on this property are noticed and appreciated! My husband and I will definitely be coming back.
