"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York."

"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. "The property was in a good condition apart from the smell coming from the bathroom- it made the whole place smell like a sewer for entire stay. This made it unpleasant - I complained to the managers but did not get a response. The bed could do with updating as it was a little lumpy. "

"Stunning 4 bedroom Townhouse, centrally located for cafes, restaurants and sightseeing. Towels and bedding were provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. The only thing I would say is that we couldn't let the dog off the leash in the back garden due to 2 missing fence panels. Would happily stay here again."

"Check in was easy, and we were given a large 2 bedroomed apartment even though we only booked a 1 bedroom. Parts of the apartment were looking quite tired and are probably due redecorating. The bathroom was very small for saying how large the rest of the apartment was, but it was OK with just 2 of us. The bed however was not comfortable at all and given how close the apartments are to the nightlife, the double-glazed windows didn't seem to do much to stop the noise"
