The Space:
The condo was fully renovated in 2019 and has 1 private, closed door bedroom with a king bed and a loft bedroom which has a twin over full bunk and a full bed. The bathroom was remodeled in 2022 with a beautiful walk-in shower.

There's a galley kitchen with hickory cabinets, new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and a dining table for 6. The living room has a 55” Roku TV and gas fireplace. There’s a sliding door from the living to the covered patio which has 4 patio chairs and an electric grill.

There is a dedicated work space located inside the primary bedroom closet. The desk pulls down from the wall.

The condo has 2 portable A/C units to keep it cool in the summer. 1 large unit in the living room and 1 small unit in the primary bedroom.

The condo is an ideal ski-in/out location during the winter. You can use the SnowPine lift which is next to the building or walk to a spot to access the Sunrise lift. The

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.

Getting Around:
You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends. During the ski season there is a shuttle that will pickup in the parking lot and take you to the lodge at Holiday Valley.

Other Things to Note:
Building is on the side of Holiday Valley and has a set of stairs down to the common building entrance from the parking lot. Stairs to walk down to the unit could be tricky for an elder person and stairs to the loft are narrow. Only a few minutes to all the amenities of Holiday Valley which now includes paddle boarding & kayaking at Spruce Lake. Easy access to mountain biking, adventure course, mountain coaster, and golf during the summer. A day pass to the Tamarack pools and cabana bar is always a great time!

You will check yourself in and out. I am available via messaging. I try to respond as soon as possible, however, any message after 8pm may not be seen until the next morning.
