"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was modern, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean, which exceeded my expectations. A delightful surprise was the espresso machine in the room—such a thoughtful touch! I enjoyed my short stay and would happily return in the future."

"a lovely , location for a great family get together. Overall the assistance and staff where very professional except at table service, which was a bit short of the necessary standard. perhaps some of the waiting/serving staff could be trained to a more acceptable standard."

"Room was excellent. En-suite was fantastic. Very clean and good stay. It is a public house and music finishing at midnight all good for us on first night but music being slightly turned down and finishing between 3 and 4am not so considerate for guests."

"Very friendly place, very busy in bar area but accommodation separate (& quiet 😊👍)… enjoyed looking round the bar area after breakfast next day, lots of interesting items/photos etc and nice to be away from the ‘corporate’ feel that most hotels seem to have these days. I’m sure we’ll be back."

"Easy check in, lovely spacious room within a separate block from the pub, with a sofa. Bathroom clean and shower was a good size. Breakfast was served efficiently and was delicious. It was quite expensive but was a convenient location as I was attending a wedding in the area and every aspect worked perfectly "
