Location - the center is 10 minutes walk away, paid parking is 3 minutes away 20 pounds per day, free on Sunday. Communication - I used email, the answer was immediate. "Doesn’t look great from the outside but fine inside as long as you’re not in one of the “upper floor” rooms of this dormer bungalow type house. Low sloped ceilings. Not ideal for a tall person. Facilities very good, plenty of equipment in the kitchen and a nice sun room were you can eat your meals."

"This worked out great for our family. We spent most of our time in nearby Bishop’s Stortford with family. For rest, morning coffee and winding down in the evening, this place was perfect. It was clean and quiet, the mornings and evenings were cool and calm, very relaxing. The place is a bit remote, but that was easily remedied by the superior taxi service we experienced during our stay.
