"My wife and I stayed in the Wall Street apartment on 5/6 September. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment comfortable and well equipped…really large and comfortable bed, great shower, 2x large TVs with Netflix and prime (good for rainy evenings), and a well equipped kitchen area. "What more could you ask for than a property where the supermarket (and many eateries) are around the corner and the bus stop is opposite the front door. Rayrigg is perfectly located, with a bus every 20 mins to take you to the railway station (about a 10 minute walk) or to other towns in the District. Lovely little hotel
"The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, and has a beautiful, warm interior. We received a lovely warm welcome from reception. Our room was immaculate and has everything we needed, including a lovely balcony looking out into the well maintained gardens. The spa is small but very nice and has stunning views from the hydro pool. The spa does need a little TLC in terms of the rusty vents above the pool, and the steam room wasn't working. Overall a really nice spa, and free for guests to use, which isn't always the case at some hotels. Our only gripe was the quality of some of the food we were served for our evening meal, and the time it took. We were also charged £10 to park our car in the hotel grounds."
