"10/10 Understand that this is a quintessential rustic cabin in Northern Maine. If you understand that: you will thoroughly enjoy this cabin. A slice of Maine cultural history. The property manager has excellent communication and was so kind to mail my daughter’s clothing back to us! The property is everything you would ever want and need for an isolated cabin on a lake. I didn’t mind the 45 min drive to Acadia and back, as it showcases the diversity of Northern Maine (farms, lobsters/sea, forests). "

"We loved this place. VERY clean and fresh. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Easy check-in. Very secluded location so we didn't get any unwanted traffic. One bed on the main floor wasn't big enough for two of us, but there was another full-sized bed upstairs (and several single beds). This was a great place for a couple or a small family. We would stay here again without a doubt."

"This place was in a very nice relaxing setting. It was in proximity of many places to hike and experience the relaxation of Maine and MDI. House was clean and in a nice quiet and relaxing location. Would highly recommend staying here."
