"The Chalet was the perfect location for a peaceful getaway with family. The accommodations were comfortable, spacious, well cared for and convenient to enjoying the many sights in the Springs. Watching the deer walk by in the morning while enjoying that first cup of coffee or was a great treat as were the hiking the trails along the bluffs. The Chalet is definitely a location for a return trip."

"Was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs. nice large yard for walking and short trip to local sites like Garden Of The Gods, Airforce Academy, Royal Gorge, etc. Would definitely stay here again :)"

"We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay here again. The location is perfect. Easy walk from Union Station. Great having a Whole Foods next-door. Lots of restaurants and very walkable area. A lot of reviews are negative and I'm not sure why… They mention issues with technology and honestly, everything was great for us. They gave us a 6 digit code at check in. The code works in the elevator, all exterior door doors and the door into the room. It was easy. We used the Jacuzzi...

"Great property, pretty convenient location, will stay there again. Only nit is all communication is through an ai bot. Literally no live people to speak with after. Everything was keyless/ touchless, etc. "

"Extremely clean hotel, room was very spacious with the bedroom separate from the kitchen/ living room combo. A large TV in both rooms. Bed was very comfortable, bathrooms had extra towels, bathroom tissue and tissues. Kitchen included a cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher. One could live here permanently. "

"The staff members are wonderful! They were particularly helpful in a challenging situation for our family (unrelated to the hotel). Many thanks for their kindness. Nice clean room, quiet, comfortable, and fun to watch the snow fall outside in the city. Excellent restaurant! The hotel is in a perfect spot for city walking."
