"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"A beautiful, spacious, secluded, property with great country views. Peace and tranquility meant instant relaxation. Just a 2 mile drive to Foxton Locks, and a few miles to Market Harborough. Miles of open countryside which is very rolling, ideal for challenging cycling. My only criticism is that the sound insulation between the two semi detached properties was inadequate. Otherwise marvellous and we will return."

"Lovely and quiet at the end of the village. Real home from home. Will definitely be back to stay again in the future. Went out in Leicester so didnt try the The Stilton Cheese Inn which is only a 10 mins walk away & looks good. "

"Lovely warm welcome when we arrived and a quick tour around the spacious property. Set in a quiet quaint village with a popular pub/restaurant. The property was warm and comfortable with plenty of room. Nice welcome pack thank you.Lots of information leaflets to choose something to do in the area. Plenty of walks on the doorstep. The area and house are stunning. Would definitely recommend"

"What a fantastic place to stay. Beautifully designed and in the most gorgeous of settings. Very, very clean & everything we needed was provided. Kitchen/dining full of the latest tech & appliances. Comy sofa & great tv in lounge area. The bathroom & bedroom upstairs were so lovely. The communication with Susan & being shown around on check-in by Gaia was superb. "This cottage was an amazing find in the heart of Oakham.a traditional cottage, yet modernised sympathetically, maintaining many of the original features. We loved its quirky layout. We spent a very happy Christmas there. We recommend a visit to the Castle, Gates Garden Centre and Farmshop, Otters. We will be back!"
