"We staid in the Holm Oak Barn, this is a very roomy place. The bedrooms are quite large and have a plenty of root to maneuver around. There’s a bathtub in one room, a standing shower in another and a handicap bathroom in the master bedroom. The beds are comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. The kitchen has all the pots & pans you would need, with plenty of utensils. The location is certainly located to a few towns and makes it easy to run out for food and groceries. "My son and his girlfriend stayed here and they loved their stay. They loved having a fire in the evenings to make them feel cozy. The bed was very comfy and they had great sleep. Everything was there that they needed it was absolutely perfect for the two of them. It was great as they could leave car there and walk into town. Thank you "

"A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend."

"Could be nice property but major TLC needed. Bedding is very poor and new beds needed. Small room ceiling is falling down, badly stained from leaks in above bathrooms. Bathrooms need showers fitted properly and bath sealant sorting out. Ivy growing into main bedroom. None of the doors close properly. Kitchen very dated, under sink is rotten. "Great location and host very flexible and helpful. Living space is in the roof area (with skylights) and a downstairs wet room so not ideal in really hot spells or for people with physical limitations."

A lovely lit patio patio area to enjoy a drink on warm summers night.

"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....
