"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "

Only minor issues were that the shower did not drain properly and that the bathroom basin tap was extremely difficult to close, perhaps indicating the property maintenance could be better.
