"The property was excellent in many ways , the highlight was the young lady receptionist whom we think was quite new , went put of her way to accommodate our needs as im partially disabled with mobility after a stroke , this is our 2nd /3rd time of staying here , The downside was the breakfast, not sure were to start the waitress never took correct details & it meant my wife & I ate at different intervals , etc etc , & We all know what makes a great breakfast yip you got it , nope not here ,...

"We had problems finding it by satnav/post code, but it was well worth this frustration Lovely old buildings with lots of original features. Our room was fairly small, but very nice with a balcony overlooking the gardens and lake. Fortunately, from our point of view, no major events (eg. weddings) were being celebrated, so all was relatively peaceful. Having said this, I’m sure it would be perfect for weddings, etc."

"Picturesque lovely views of Themes Barge's Great walks. Lovely room very comfortable. Great atmosphere in the bar .Excellent Breakfast. Great price highly recommend! Warning parking could be a problem. warden giving out tickets at 9am!"
