"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. "Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂"
