"This rustic villa provides spacious accommodation on the outskirts of the village of La Turbie, with a stunning view directly down the hillside to Monaco. Rooms are large and there is plenty of storage space, there's a smart TV in the lounge with Netflix etc, and WiFi throughout (though we found it tended to drop out in some of the downstairs rooms). Parking is easy on the road next to the property garage, or in the garage itself. The garden itself is on a steeply terraced hillside - perhaps...

"Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂"

"We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week."

"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The deck area was super too and had amazing views across the Menton harbour. Mia was welcoming and very helpful. We loved the bottle of Lemoncello that was offered on arrival. The apartment is on a steep hillside which requires a fair amount of step climbing to reach the town and the waterfront. Though probably not ideal for people with mobility concerns, the hillside location does offer amazing views in return. Thank you...
