"Great stay"

"We have stayed at the Limes 3 times over the last 18 months for a week at a time. The Owner (Dave) and his son (Dan) are fabulous people. We also joined the Limes for the New Years Eve party. It was such fun to see families with little ones enjoying the celebrations. Many activities for all. As with most UK hotels there is a kettle, cups, tea and milk on the ready. There is a warm and welcoming family atomosphere at the Limes! "

"Always use the Dakota when catching up with family for the weekend. never had any problems with self checkin or communication. we stayed in the opposite wing for the first time on this occassion (room 5)which had a lot softer mattress than we were used to & WIFI could not reach us. did us well for our short stay and well priced. thank you"

"Well what can i say absolutely fantastic hosts and lovely clean room in a lovely location, we found this lovely property as a last minute stay as we were visiting elderly relatives in george elliot hospital nuneaton , we were made to feel completely at home as soon as we stepped though the door such an amazing property and will be even better when the lovely owners have finished renovating would definitely visit again ."

"Really nice glamping pod with its own small loo. There were a few cobwebs and dust on the window sill, otherwise it felt clean and tidy. Staff in reception were very pleasant. Very quiet overnight this may change if an event is being held tho. Overall a very peaceful and comfortable stay"

"Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with both bath and over-bath shower. Super easy communication with Mary. Easy access to the National Motorcycle museum for my conference. Easy walking access to shops, cafes and restaurants in lovely neighbourhood. My only negative would be that the microwave had old food on the glass rotating plate - this may have been left by a previous user between cleans. great to have access to fridge and microwave. Thank you for a very comfortable stay."
