"We loved our stay here over Spring Break! Misty is wonderful to work with and was great at communication! The house is nice and VERY well stocked with anything you could need for your stay from pool/beach chairs/toys to a fully stocked kitchen. The house was a very short walk to the beach and the beach is BEAUTIFUL! Treasure Cay overall has not recovered well from the hurricane, but we really enjoyed eating at Sunset Pizza, Bahama Beach Club, and Treasure Sands for a few meals! Recommendations while you are there:-Do a big grocery run before you get to the house (you won't want to go back)-We had 2 chefs, and the one we would recommend is Saleah Bethel - she was great!-Island Spirit Spa came to the house one day and they were amazing!-We did a few boat charter days with Gus-T Marine & had great experiences! (you will definitely want some boat days)-We took a ferry to Green Turtle for lunch and to explore one day - visit Cocoa Bay with squid to feed the stingrays-Lastly, one word of caution for the cab driver - get a firm quote BEFORE you go, we had a bad experience going to the Green Turtle Ferry (afterwards, I asked for price confirmation beforehand via Whatsapp)"

"I’m a heavy user of vacation rentals and this place made all of the others look like a hostel. The view is amazing and you’ll be able to use their kayak and tons of water toys (and even water shoes!!) to explore the shallow, calm water that occasional has a turtle or a ray in it. There’s everything you could ever need in the house and then some. We just kept walking around all week and saying “wow they thought of [insert super nice and useful thing we didn’t expect]!” The WiFi is super strong and two of us were able to work video calls simultaneously without issue. The location is pretty remote but that’s the appeal. There is a house under construction next door but it isn’t too noisy and the neighbor is very kind and considerate. You’ll definitely need a car if you want to go to dinners and such as nothing’s in walking distance. The property manager was super kind and responsive and we never felt alone. We can’t wait to return - a true gem! "

"This property was very comfortable for our two week stay. It is exactly as described in the listing. Jill (part owner), and Martha (caretaker) were both very responsive to any needs we had. The beach was incredible. We made a lot of use of the included golf cart. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone with a group of 4 or less. General information about Treasure Cay that you should know if you have never been here: It is a diamond in the rough. The entire area is absolutely full of potential, but it had taken a direct hit by cat 5 hurricane Dorian five years ago and there is still much evidence of the resulting destruction everywhere here. You will need to buy drinking water at the store - the water out of the faucet is undrinkable. If it should rain while you are here, there will probably be short term power outages. I was told that there are occasional water outages also, though we did not experience this. There is no cable TV - if you should want to watch the TV, you will need to either have a streaming service subscription, or cast your cell phone videos to the TV. It is true undeveloped island life here, but it is beautiful."

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with our 3 teenagers over spring break. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the porches just soaking up the fresh air and the views. It was such a nice break from our busy lives. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway in what is truly paradise. "
