Great stay!
We had a wonderful holiday during our stay in this fantastic house. The house is more spacious than we had imagined and has a nice large veranda. House has all equipment needed to have a perfect holiday. We would like to go there again in the future.

Fantastic house
We had an excellent time in this house. The house is packed with all you need for a hassle free holiday. It is perfect for a family with children as the lounge and kitchen open to the terrace and the pool so you can always keep an eye on the kids when they play in the pool. The house is located in a very quiet area a few metres away from the cycle lane taking you to the local beach ( bikes are provided with the house). There are many bars and restaurants by the beach. There is a small supermarket 10min walk from the house. Claude, the neighbour, is full of advice of what to see in the area and on hands for any issue you may have. The nearby town, Montalivet, has a market held everyday where you can buy fresh local products. I highly recommend this rental for a family or friends who are looking for a quiet holiday with all the comfort of your own home with the perks of your own pool and the ocean just a stone thrown away!

Maison agréable
Nous recommandons cette habitation qui a su répondre à nos attentes. Par contre il serait bien de poser des moustiquaires aux fenêtres vu le climat du sud ouest car il était impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres notamment pendant la nuit.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable,propriétaire réactif,hôte accueil Sophie ,très sympathique et très dévouée,ce fut un plaisir de la rencontrer. Quand à la maison un vrai bonheur dabord très propre,spacieuse lumineuse,les hamacs super!piscine top! Jardin pour mon chien génial. En vélo 4,5 kms plage,resto relax café proche sympa. Bref nous reviendrons sûrement A Grayan 😊

Ein super ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wundervoller menschenleerer (im April) endloser Sandstrand mit dem Velo erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch unsere Teenager und unsere Hündin haben sich wohl gefühlt. Absolut eine Reise wert! Besten Dank für Alles.

Eine schöner Uralub mit Freunden
Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Lage ist gut, aber ein Auto ist empfehlenswert da so noch mehr zu erreichen ist. Aber zu einem kleinen Supermarkt, zum Bäcker und zum Strand kommt man auch ganz gut mit dem Fahrrad. Das Haus ist schön und super ausgestattet. Das Besteck war teilweise etwas schmutzig, aber nicht weiter schlimm wenn man es einmal sauber gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation hat immer super geklappt. Wir waren zufrieden, vielen Dank!

Un bel endroit de verdure à proximité de la mer 😎
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans votre maison qui est vraiment faite pour que l'on se sente bien dès le départ. L’agencement des pièces est très bien fait, les équipements sont modernes, le séjour et la cuisine sont dotés de larges baies vitrées donnant sur de beaux arbres et la terrasse en bois avec la piscine chauffée à 28. Accueil très sympathique de Sophie qui détaille les points domestiques à savoir et qui a fait preuve dune grande disponibilité quand nous l'avons sollicitée. La maison est située à mi chemin entre Soulac/Mer et Montalivet qui sont tous deux accessibles par des pistes cyclables entourées de pins. Les 2 vélos que nous avons utilisés sur les 4 fournis nous ont permis de profiter de cette belle région "en zéro carbone"! Nous avions prévu à l'origine de rester une semaine en Septembre et nous étions tellement bien que nous sommes restés plus longtemps 😎 C'est un excellent endroit pour se reposer, se baigner dans une eau chauffée et profiter d’être au bord de la mer pour manger du poisson en le faisant tout simplement cuire sur la Plancha qui est très efficace. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, c'est certain! Pierre & Virginie

Perfekter entspannter Urlaub
Wir haben den schönen eingezäunten Garten mit der großen Holzterrasse und dem fantastischen Pool sehr genossen! Es ist alles da was wir gebraucht haben! Auch die Hausübergabe war freundlich und unkompliziert. Lediglich das 3. Schlafzimmer ist nicht so komfortabel wie die anderen beiden. Das liegt aber eher daran, dass jedes unserer Teenie-Kinder gerne ein Zimmer mit 140er Bett gehabt hätte. Auch unser Hund war rundum glücklich! Der Strand ist ca 4km weg und auch problemlos mit den Fahrrädern vom Haus erreichbar. Diese sind dafür fahrbereit, für größere Touren aber nicht unbedingt geeignet. Wir sind damit gerne zum Bäcker, zum Spar-Markt und ans Meer gefahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen!

Super ausgestattetes Haus und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter
Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder, 1 Labrador) haben in dem Haus von Arnaud gerade zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Hausverwalterin war sehr gut und freundlich. Ein grosser Vorteil für Hundebesitzer ist das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Der wunderschöne Strand Le Gurp ist ca. 6 km entfernt. Hunde sind dort geduldet und haben dort ihren Spass. Ein Sparmarkt ist ganz in der Nähe- dort gibt es leckere frische Baguettes und alles Nötige für den täglichen Gebrauch. Minuspunkte: Die Fahrräder am Haus waren leider in keinem guten Zustand. In der Nähe gibt es aber einen Fahrradverleih oder man bringt seine eigenen mit. Die Matratzen waren in zwei Zimmern nicht so gemütlich. Rundum war es ein superschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus und mit einem ganz freundlichen Vermieter. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

und hat es in dem Haus sehr gefallen. Es ist super eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. super Pool, tolle Hängematten, schöne Sitzecke draussen. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Strand. Super zum sein oder surfen. vielen Dank.

Ein super Urlaub
Das Haus war ein Traum, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Drinnen ist alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Garten ist natürlich außergewöhnlich, mit Esstisch, Lounge, Grillecke und natürlich dem Highlight - dem Pool! Für die Hunde war der Garten ebenfalls perfekt und rundete alles ab. Einziger Minuspunkt, das Badezimmer schien nicht gesäubert gewesen zu sein. Aber ansonsten war wirklich alles top!

La maison est très bien équipée intérieur comme extérieur. Elle propose tout le confort nécessaire à de bonnes vacances. Détail: le wifi fonctionne ( cf avis précédents). Belle piscine (chauffée !!) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! D excellent moments en extérieur sous la terrasse. L’environnement est très calme et à proximité il y a un petit magasin pour se dépanner. La plage est accessible en vélo ou qq minutes en voiture .

Très belle villa (mieux en vraie qu' en photo!) propriétaire très sympathique (très bon contact) et même un petit cadeau a l'arrivée! Séjour agréable
Maison propre avec une petite piscine, mais tout ce qu'il faut. Très bien équipé au niveau cuisine. Bon équipement en général. Calme et jardin soigné. Seul bémol: pas de wifi et assez mauvais connectivité aux réseaux (faiblesses des signaux). Bref, on a passé un bon et agréable séjour et on n'hésite à aucun moment de recommander la maison.

Prachtig huisje in ietwat desolate omgeving
Het vakantiehuis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen; prima uitgerust met alle luxe. Je kan daar heerlijk tot rust komen. Kom je voor een spannende omgeving, dan is dit minder geschikt. Hoewel er in de buurt echt wel leuke spots te vinden zijn. Strand is dichtbij en gratis parkeren. Al met al een topverblijf gehad!

très bon séjour
Maison totalement conforme à l'annonce; très bel agencement intérieur et une grande terrasse ombragée de 30m² qui a été notre pièce à vivre. L'océan est vraiment tout proche (5 min voiture -20/30 min en vélo) et les commerces (boulangerie à Grayan même et le reste à St Vivien, yc le marché) En résumé, une superbe semaine. Merci !

Gut ausgestattetes schönes Haus in guter Lage
Super Haus mit Pool und wunderschöner Terrasse. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, man kann den Holzkohle Grill oder die Plancha benutzen. Zudem gibt es Fahrräder, mit denen man gut zum Strand radeln kann. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der Ort klein, man kann aber alles, was man braucht in der Nähe einkaufen.

Belle propriété correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce. Propriétaire attentif à nos besoins: draps, serviettes , produits de base pour la cuisine et l'entretien sont fournis. Belle piscine propre et chauffée. Grande et belle terrasse dont une partie couverte et ombragée. Mobilier extérieur agréable, vélos. Très bon séjour.

Tolles, großzügig geschnittenes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, alles sauber, moderne Küchen und Sanitäreinrichtungen, tolle Terrasse. Auch unsere Kinder und unser Hund (er lag selbstverständlich nicht auf dem Sofa!) haben sich im großen komplett eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Strand und Supermarkt mit Fahrrad und zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ebenso eine supercoole Restaurant-Bar mit Minigolf. Fahrräder durften wir benutzen, Bettwäsche und Duschtücher werden auch gestellt. Kein WLAN, kein deutsches Fernsehen. Dafür nette Nachbarn und ein sehr netter Housekeeper haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Merci! Danke - und wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
