"This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. "Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. It’s bad enough that when you shower, it smells up the entire house. The odor does not linger on your person but the water isn’t tolerable to drink. Use the britta pitcher in the...
