"Great stay at the Little Rock House for us while we enjoyed the festivities of Bike fest. Easy access to downtown and all bike paths. The house is as pictured. Comfortable beds, although the metal frame on the primary is quite creaky and squeaky ( maybe a tightening and some WD40). The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our stay. "We recently took a quick trip to Bentonville AR to enjoy the trails. Key to a successful MTB trip is accommodations and the Local @ Coler didn't disappoint. The entire property was clean and well kept. Whether it was the bike was station of the storage room the place had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The property management team was also great to work with and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be back to visit again."

It was clean and all the necessities were readily available. The kitchen and bathrooms supplies were more than adequate. We have no complaints and would rate the experience as excellent. I would definitely stay here again."
