"The room and bed were very comfortable. To be asked to pay £ 5 per person to use the pool was very annoying, as was the number of people allowed to be in the pool. Furthermore, the number of staff behind the bar during the function we were attending was not sufficient. Very annoying also was the quality of the wine that we had ordered and the fact that no replacement bottle was available."

"It was an amazing stay with everything we needed on the houseboat. Great accommodation in a lovely little area on Victoria Quays. The hotel room was large and clean, bedding was nice but we did have a rip in one of the duvet covers.the bathroom was clean and shower was powerful! We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant but there was a lot that was off the menu, we had to chose a few alternatives before we got something. Close to Chatsworth house which was ideal. Would definitely stay here again"
