"This Palazzo is a gem, a wonderful find in a great city. Know that you will be dropped off with a short walk to the entrance. The staff were GREAT, so helpful. The breakfast was standard fare - but well done and in a opulent setting. The artwork throughout the hotel makes you feel like you are staying in a gallery, and the views from the terrace (day and night) are worth the stay."
