"It was so clean & fresh. It was also very bright, roomy & perfect for family & visiting. Thoughtful accommodations like hot chocolate, bottled water, etc. Quiet in the home, as well as the neighborhood. Host was very responsive & gracious. "

"The breakfast buffet was horrible for me because of the greasy bacon and same food all week . I think they should be allowed to have fresh fried potatoes, fresh cut up fruit, sausage sometimes and fresh oatmeal, Thiis iis the fault of Comfort Inns and not this hotel.., The workers there are very nice and will come back with my own food.next time."

"The home is beautiful and spacious. Check in and check out were very easy. The location is about 15 minutes from dowtown Salt Lake City.Renters should just be aware that the development is expanding so there is construction occurring during the week- it did not start very early and never disturbed us."

"This is a basement converted to a rental apartment. There is potential, however all of the furniture is very used, broken, and/or not suitable for the space. There was only a fitted sheet and a blanket on each bed (no top sheet). The towels were fit for washing the car. There was a very smelly rag on the kitchen sink, drywall dust on the floor along every wall, and the toilet was not clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shower is very difficult to use, as the sprayer hits your midsection unless you hold it in one hand. The fire extinguisher was missing, but the bracket was perfectly placed to potentially cut or rip clothing. There were no hangers or dressers, and the master bed is shoved in the corner so your partner has to crawl over you to get out. There were TV’s in every room, although not hooked up. We did find a Roku and hooked it up ourselves, so that was nice. Overall, we see the potential, but it was not ready for paying guests at this point. We stayed 1 of our 3 nights and moved to a hotel. We did leave a small frying pan since there were only pots to cook in. "
