"This is a basement converted to a rental apartment. There is potential, however all of the furniture is very used, broken, and/or not suitable for the space. There was only a fitted sheet and a blanket on each bed (no top sheet). The towels were fit for washing the car. There was a very smelly rag on the kitchen sink, drywall dust on the floor along every wall, and the toilet was not clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shower is very difficult to use, as the sprayer hits your midsection unless you hold it in one hand. The fire extinguisher was missing, but the bracket was perfectly placed to potentially cut or rip clothing. There were no hangers or dressers, and the master bed is shoved in the corner so your partner has to crawl over you to get out. There were TV’s in every room, although not hooked up. We did find a Roku and hooked it up ourselves, so that was nice. Overall, we see the potential, but it was not ready for paying guests at this point. We stayed 1 of our 3 nights and moved to a hotel. We did leave a small frying pan since there were only pots to cook in. "

"Just needed a good nights rest. We did not spend much time at the home other than just sleeping, the home was as expected to me but some of my family had too high of expectations in regards to cleanliness. We had just the right amount of beds and rooms for everyone and the views each morning and night were great. Only hiccup was the double booking the last night, which doesn’t normally happen. We were able to accommodate and owners were willing to help us in return. All in all I am grateful for the beautiful home."

"We stayed with our four young kids for a weekend and couldn’t be more pleased. It was very clean and worked perfectly for our family, we didn’t have any issues, the door locks and everything worked great. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re visiting and would recommend it to others. "
