"From start to finish, Rosie’s place was a wonderful experience and place to stay. She is so welcoming and thoughtful. The property is beautiful and the cabin is absolutely comfortable and inviting. Rosie is very responsive and proactive. She confirmed our approximate arrival time and had delicious homemade bread and chili waiting for us. "I couldn't imagine a better place to be in 100 degree+ heat. The cabin was clean, cool and comfortable, but the river front access was a highlight. There are many chairs to sit and watch the river and passersby. "This cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway. Janie went above and beyond by decorating it for Christmas, adding such a warm and festive touch. It had everything we could possibly need, with thoughtful details throughout. It truly made our stay in Medford special. Highly recommend!"

"The log structure gives the place a cabin feel but, it had plenty of space for my wife and I with 3 kids. The grounds are like a park. The location is an easy drive to Jacksonville, Ashland or Medford. The kitchen was well apportioned for making meals. Check-in/out was great."

"Very clean and updated. Comfortable bed in bedroom and couch in living room. Nice large bathroom, too. Our only issues were that there was no heater in the bedroom. We had to turn on the one in the bathroom in order to warm up the bedroom. The living room had a separate unit also. I think having a chair in the living room and one in the bedroom would be ideal, too. Josh, the owner was super responsive and answered my texts quickly. Would love to stay here in the summer when the weather is nicer...

"This is a lovely and relaxing space. Fully fenced and pet friendly. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The sulfur water felt really great on my skin. Yes it’s smelly, but I knew that going into it and it was not a problem at all for me. Full amenities and private. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway. "The property is gorgeous! Lots of float options within a quick trip of the cabin. We floated from Chinook park to the cabins at least 6 times. About a 40 minute float and a 4 minute drive for drop off! Floated to the splash pad water park and stopped for a picnic and let the kids play. Property was gorgeous, beds are comfy, owner was quick to respond with any and all our request."

"We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people "

"The house was perfect for our family Christmas weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and dining area overlooks the Rogue River, beautiful! The house was decorated for Christmas, which was great. Even though it was raining a bit, we enjoyed the fire pit with the kids (& adults) making s'mores and roasting cheese and deli meats. We will definitely keep this place in mind for additional gatherings in the Rogue River area."
