"Second time in 3 months, had the same amazing service and experience as the last, maybe even better. We were to arrive on a Saturday and due to an emergency needed to arrive a day earlier, to not get a penalty, Expedia called the hotel, talked to one of the amazing Managers and the Manger was willing to allow no penalty and last minute switch our reservation. Little things like this meant a lot and helped relief some stress especially during a difficult time. Loved the high quality experience all the way around . "
