"What can we say ? An absolute find of a place ! Amazing weekend away with friends and this beautiful house absolutely made it. Place was so clean for us arriving, amazingly comfy beds and all facilities just perfect. The hot tub is a fab addition - a few of us were hardly out of it. Cannot recommend enough x "

"We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. "Quite rural - 1.75m from the proper road and 15/20 min from Perth which was a bit far for us. Nice cottage. Comfortable beds etc A few bits that you usually get in holiday homes were missing eg tin foil, hand wash. There was only one oven mit & some of the crockery/cooking things needed a wash before use."

"We had a great time during our stay. We were with 2 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of room, amenities and location. We loved the local hike in town, Highland Games happen to be going on while there and lots of options close by in a short drive. We appreciated the coffee pods, laundry and dish detergent already there. Only suggestion would be cleanliness. Towels didn’t all feel washed/hard and the surfaces were dirty a bit. Also, not king beds, they are two queens and two fulls. "

"The over-riding thing for us all was that the accommodation was not clean. In fact, it was dirty. The shower cubicles are shocking. There were sweet wrappers at the side of my bedside table, also large balls of fluff all around the skirting boards. It hadn’t been cleaned. The sink in the kitchen was a disgrace, with a filthy piece of string attaching the plug to the sink so we could wash dishes. The window sills in the living room were thick with dust. The beds were uncomfortable. I could go on...
