"Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. "

Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it.
