"We had the best time! The property was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms plus gathering spaces galore ! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We had 6 children age 8 and under so the outside property was perfect. Just enough snow for a snowman and some sledding! Plus an enormous deck and wrap around porch. There was a laundry and plenty of towels , pillows and cozy blankets! We will definitely be back! "

"Property is beautiful - hot tub, sauna, heated toilet seats, abundant spaces to meet and hang out. Only drawback was uneven temperatures in house - heaters in every room but it was cold almost everywhere. "

"Great place -- very comfy with a lot of different rooms and amenities. While my wife and I had the run of the whole place, it was way more room than we needed -- place is perfect for a families or couples travelling together. Hot tub, game room (it was so cold we spent a lot of time here!), dining room, living room with pellet stove, "theater room" off the hot tub with a projection white screen, back deck with gas grill. "We stayed on the property for a week while our son played at Cooperstown. When we arrived, we were grateful to see how clean the property was, and how easy it was to contact the property manager - who was great! The home is clean, beautiful, and had all the amenities that we needed. It was about a 30 minute drive to ASV, but we were well aware of the distance ahead of our visit. We loved staying at the home, A great choice!"
