"This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. "The good ratings are just related to Delia, the most attentive (and competent) receptionist I have ever encountered in my trips. The hotel is basic and dated, no air con so not good for summer. Breakfast is average and the walls are paper thin. Also, the lack of private parking adds stress as you never know where you will find space. The studio was conformable and well equipped. Recommended if you plan just to sleep there as well placed for a quiet night."

"Room was tidy. Mattresses are firm. No car parking on site, but only a 5 min walk to a car park. Staff were friendly. Wifi didn’t work at all for 9 nights. When showering, make sure the front power switch is on or the water won’t heat up. The location is perfect. Township right at your door. "

"Everything was outstanding! The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with facilities in excellent condition. The entertainment options for both adults and kids were fantastic, and the variety of food offered was very good. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning. While the location is conveniently 15 minutes from the airport, it’s a bit far (about a 30-minute drive) from the main tourist hub, Avenida Las Americas. Additionally, it would have been great to see halal food options included, as these were unavailable. "

"the property and owners were brilliant. we wanted somewhere quiet and private, far from the madding crowd. The hosts were brilliant ... there when we needed them ... otherwise almost invisible. The company VRBO are however a complete disgrace. Their customer service does NOT exist in any meaningful way. They have no complaints procedure and treated both guests and hosts in a terrrible manner. Book and enjoy your holiday but not through VRBO"

"It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. The pool area was nice, clean and relaxing, and the pool water was clear but very cold. I would stay again, but I would definitely hire a car next time."

"We stayed in a beautiful and rustic apartment, very tastefully furnished and spacious. Despite not having a front desk, check-in was very straight forward and the owners provided good communication. The property grounds are well kept and perfect for a quiet retreat and full relaxation. The local cat happily greeted us every time we used the garden and kindly walked with us, keeping us company. The swimming pool is a nice addition, as well as the jacuzzi. The location is perfect, you're at driving distance from the busier resorts and beaches, but you can also easily drive to the opposite part of the island, it takes roughly an hour. Or just stay in the garden and rest in the hammocks. "

"This stay is the perfect location for those looking to hike and enjoy the national parks of the area. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The front desk gentleman with the longer hair helped us pick some different hiking options in the area as well as other tips and tricks. I will be recommending this property to my friends, family, and coworkers when I get home. Thank you!"
