My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. "Mu family loved it, they were pleased by the look, cleanliness and service. The staff was always there for any help and service you need. The beds were not that confortables, they had hard matters but you could still sleep well. I would recommend it and I would definitely come back "
