"This is a beautiful Tuscany experience. Very small property perched on a hill, very well appointed and large rooms, gorgeous views, beautiful surrounding vineyards for endless walking, spectacular pool, ultra-foodie restaurant. One warning, do not recommend this if anyone in the party gets carsick. It is far off the beaten track, with lots of curvy roads, and a considerable amount of gravel roads."

"It takes a bit of a drive to get into the property from one the more bigger roads but it is what makes this place so charming and beautiful among stretches of vineyards. The food and wine here were also amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean and charming as well. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!"

"Adler was truly and amazing experience from start to finish. Before we arrived the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They helped us book transfers from Rome and to Florence as well as a great wine tour referral. The property is incredible. The website and pictures do not do it justice. The ability to walk within 5 mins to a the most quaint Tuscan village with multiple restaurants to choose from was and added bonus. Views are the picture perfect Tuscan vacation! "There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients.
