We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely card from the hotel staff along with a selection of chocolates and sweet treats. The facilities were fantastic—comfortable beds, a luxurious en-suite, and exceptional food and drinks. Plus, everything was reasonably priced."

"We had a quiet very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well heated and the bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows (had all the most important things for a restful night). We could even have hot chocolate in the room to round off the night. "

Room had everything that was expected inc iron and ironing board, trouser press. I don't recall a hairdryer but would be surprised if there wasn't one."
