"Leigh is a fantastic host and the property is exactly as advertised! The remodeled condo is a gorgeous place to take in the beauty of Grace Bay beach. They are constructing a hotel next door, but the disruption was minimal. Unfortunately, you can hear the construction when sitting out on the patio. However we could not hear it on the beach, so that was a win for us! Somewhere Cafe on site has great drinks - try the Kickin Mezcal Mule! "Our first visit to Turks and Caicos did not disappoint!! Villa Renaissance has so much to offer. A great location. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk for miles literally. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. Daily housekeeping service included. We loved it and will be back!"
