"Very quaint little room. About the size of a hotel room. Wonderful king bed mattress (although bed is quite tall) and linens, the sitting area is a twin daybed. Older build and “rustic” handyman work. Pretty clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Backyard gets really muddy during rain, but would be nice in better weather. "Perfect location in relation to Main. Easy walk if it wasn’t so cold, and right by the Dodging Duck which is a great little place for food, local brew and live music. House is so stinking cute and cozy. Had everything we needed. Didn’t mind hand washing dishes. Would stay here again if we come back to Boerne. "
