"The room was spacious and very comfortable. We arrived late and they had a late check in service which they explained their late check in procedure and it was handled well and easy to follow. The fact that it was a cold rainy night and when we opened the door to our room to find the heater was already on and the room nice and warm was a really nice touch. This fact alone made me and my family not only grateful they went that extra mile to make the room comfortable and welcoming, but it showed...

"Well appointed and spacious room. Easy access from car parki g to room and friendly reception team. The bed was very soft and cushioned - but possibly getting old as i felt like the edges would give way and i was going to roll on to the floor. A cushion under the mattress fixed this enough to improve the comfort. "
